Driving through the beautiful streets of Southie, Shocks gets a flat tire.. Amazingly, the spare tire is also flat too..

Apparently, you can never have enough "Fix-A-Flat"..

Finally.. after a decade of "oh, my shoulder hurts".. Ven has defeated the rotator cuff..

So, for a couple months, I can get on his nerves and not have to pay any physical consequences..

Sub floor

The "Sub-Floor" crew.. this was a combination of the "cleaning crew" and sub-floor installers..

I was an excellent power screwsman.. and broomsman..

Even with knee pads, my knees were sore.. I also think my wrist could have possibly been injured.. Workmen's compensation.. woohoo!!

First day of Sub-Flooring

First day down in Marshfield.. the kitchen is torn apart.. all appliances moved out..

When all was said and done.. 4 lbs or screws, 2 cordless screw drivers, and a weekend of fun..
